Let me start by saying she is a work in progress. She is also a masterpiece, and both can be true at the same time. She is continually refining and reworking herself. That doesn't mean she isn't good enough or unfinished. It means she is fluid, ever-evolving, and growing.

She acknowledges that everything is forever changing. Although change can be challenging and scary, it can also be exhilarating, expanding, and freeing. In the change, she can live authentically and accept herself and others for who and what they are.

She doesn't let other people limit her or her ability and refuses to let their fears, limitations, or narratives become her own. After all, she is working on slaying her own dragons. Thank you very much!

Oh, And she encourages and supports everyone to do the same, even though she has realized that it may need to be from a distance for some.

She hasn't always been able to believe in herself; some days, she still struggles, but she is learning and taking the steps needed. She knows it's a journey and that if she keeps taking the necessary steps and is supported by others who have already walked the path, she can do it, too. On the days she is a little more doubtful or the road is a little bumpier, she has a group of other strong women to raise her up, help steady her, and make the journey less lonely and scary.

She is starting to realize how valuable and strong she is, and this realization empowers her to keep going. She is finding her voice and using it for herself and others. She understands that her dreams, wants, and needs are just as important and valid as everyone else's. She knows that the most important opinion of the woman she is curating is her own and that she doesn't need to dim her truth or light for anyone.

Although she hasn't overcome all her fears, she has learned to let it be the passenger on her journey, not the driver. She is leaning into her courage, intuition, and tenacity. She now knows to trust herself and keep embracing the beautiful masterpiece she is becoming.
